The Cuisine and the Restaurant
Hotel Saint Tropez's restaurant is known for it's excellent romagnola cuisine. There is a dining room which holds 100 people. The restaurant offers 4 menus, with meat and fish every day, delicious vegetable buffets with grilled vegetables and fresh salads all strictly from our romagnola countryside and home made desserts.
There's a fantastic breakfast buffet to start off the day the best way possible with the energy of a delicious and abbundant breakfast every morning ! Freshly baked croissants, home made cakes, cookies, jellies, honey, nutella, first quality cold cuts and several kinds of cheeses, fruit juices and yogurt,and several kinds of bread.
Relax, pleasant atmosphere and real romagnola hospitality. The Hotel is indicated and organized to welcome families with children.
The Hotel offers typical dishes linked with the local culinary tradition :
noodles with scallops, Fusilli with prawns, spaghetti with clams, seafood risotto, lobster risotto, fish soup, fried squid and shrimp , grilled fish,baked bream ,hot or cold seafood appetizers, or enjoy the delicious traditional dishes, noodles, Cappelletti, Strozzapreti prepared daily with the care of a romagnola housewife .
Besides the menu which changes with the seasons, there is a daily menu with the freshest and most genuine products that our chef picks out early in the morning. For special occasions personalized menus are suggested.
